It's a great idea... This is the categories you propose?
  * ༡.༡ Artists
   * ༡.༢ Authors
   * ༡.༣ Composers and musicians
   * ༡.༤ Explorers
   * ༡.༥ Inventors and scientists
   * ༡.༦ Mathematicians
   * ༡.༧ Philosophers and social scientists
   * ༡.༨ Religious figures
   * ༡.༩ Politicians and leaders

It is only a list of the most important articles (listed by subject (not always by categories though). It is based on the one in en.wiki, but all the biggest Wikipedias have such an article. So it is a relatively old, but not my idea.

The name of the page[

The name of this page should be translated in Tibetan. Unfortunately, I cannot help much with that. If I am correct with Tibetan sentence structures, it would look something like "Wikipedia:All languages should have གི་/ཀྱི་ articles གི་/ཀྱི་ list" or "Wikipedia:All Wikipedias should have གི་/ཀྱི་ articles གི་/ཀྱི་ list". Please only do not translate the suffix "Wikipedia", because namespaces here are in English.

(UTC)[reply]

Yes, if this means "list of articles all languages should have". (UTC)[reply]

New real time list of missing articles[

I suggest that you give a look to the Mix'n'match tool by Magnus Manske, and that you recommend it from this page. Thanks to Wikidata, it's able to tell you in real time what articles you're missing out of several reliable lists of relevant persons.
