I am active enough user who is willing to make some changes in this Wikipedia. First of all I am going to apply a new design of the main page. It would require some deleting (when I create templates). Another big reason is that I would work with vandalism more effectively. Since there are no sysops here, it takes time for various gibberish to be deleted. I would be satisfied if I got temporary sysop rights, but permanent ones would be even more desirable.
