I'm quite active user here. I would like to become an administrator. Currently there are only one sysops who mainly works on blocking spammers. ང་གནས་འདི་རུ་རྒྱུན་དུ་ལས་ཀ་བྱེད་ཡོད་རྐྱེན། ང་གནས་འདིའི་བཀོད་འདོམས་པ་ཞིག་ལ་རེ་ཞུ་བྱེད་འདོད། གནས་འདི་ལ་མཚོན་ད་ལྟ་ཆེས་མཐོ་བའི་བཀོད་འདོམས་གཅིག་མ་གཏོགས་མེད་ལ་ཁོས་ལས་ཀ་གཙོ་བོ་ཡང་མ་བོས་མགྲོན་པོ་གཙང་ཕྱགས་བྱ་རྒྱུ་དེ་རེད། If I win, I get sysops rights only for 3 months, so those 3 months would show whether I'm worth being real sysop or not. 3. Viskonsas really puts effort into making the Tibetan Wikipedia work - especially to make it work for Tibetans. Also, he seems to have enough General Wikipedia and Mediawiki experience to really know what he's doing. It's a good idea to have him as admin. Currently, there is a lack of administrators here and since Viskonsas seems to be quite focused on the Tibetan Wikipedia, having him as admin would really do something counter that lack. I am active enough user who is willing to make some changes in this Wikipedia. First of all I am going to apply a new design of the main page. It would require some deleting (when I create templates). Another big reason is that I would work with vandalism more effectively. Since there are no sysops here, it takes time for various gibberish to be deleted. I would be satisfied if I got temporary sysop rights, but permanent ones would be even more desirable.
