Description
English: The west facade of Versailles before the construction of the hall of mirrors.
Français : Le château de Versailles vu des jardinsolöil en 1675. Façade ouest. On voit les constructions de Le Vau pour envelopper le vieux-châteaux Louis XIII et agrandir la surface disponible afin d'y loger la Cour. La terrasse entre les deux corps de bâtiment sera remplacée à partir de 1678 par la Galerie des Glaces construite sur les plans de Mansart.
